Shipping

All orders ship within 1-2 business days via USPS from Arlington, Virginia, USA. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

With the exception of prints larger than 8x10 inchese, our standard shipping rates are as follows:

$3.50 up to 8 ounces (most greeting cards are under 1 ounce)

$6 over 8 ounces and up to 3 pounds

 

Returns

Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate returns or refunds.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact us within 5 days, and we will provide a replacement or store credit in the amount of your purchase.

If we shipped the incorrect item or number of items, please email us within 5 days of delivery so we can correct the error.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 business days with a photo of the package and we will work with you to find a solution.
